Grimeaway Autoworks is operated by Grimeaway Auto LLC, an auto reconditioning, detailing and coatings business located at 3903 N Broadway Ave, Ada, Oklahoma 74820. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form, you choose what to send us. The form asks for:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The service or services you are interested in
• Your message, including vehicle year, make and model if you provide it
• Optional photographs of your vehicle

We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and schedule work. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site collects some technical information automatically as you browse — your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived. This is used to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site working and secure.

We use the following third-party services, each of which processes some of this data under its own privacy policy:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — website traffic and usage measurement
• Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.) — spam and bot protection on the contact form
• Google Maps (Google LLC) — the embedded map on our contact page
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivery of the emails generated by our contact form
• BaaDigi — the marketing dashboard where our enquiries are stored so we can follow up
• Vercel Inc. — hosting for this website, which keeps standard server request logs

We do not control how these providers process data. Please review their own privacy policies for details.

If you follow a financing link on this site, you leave our website and continue on Synchrony Bank's own site under Synchrony's privacy policy. We do not receive your financing application.

Cookies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies, primarily for analytics and for the security check on our contact form. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking cookies may stop parts of the site — including the contact form — from working properly.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is necessary to run the business:

• With the service providers listed above, to the extent their tools process it
• With a financing partner, only if you choose to apply for financing through them
• Where we are required to by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our tax, accounting and warranty obligations. When we no longer need them, we delete them or keep them in a form that no longer identifies you.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time — just reply to any message from us or email us directly.

To opt out of Google Analytics measurement across all websites, install Google's browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We also honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where your browser sends one.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We note that some privacy laws — including California's CPRA — treat analytics cookies as “sharing”; you can opt out of ours using the controls above.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws to access, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and to appeal if we decline a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Photographs of your vehicle

We photograph vehicles before, during and after work for quality control and, sometimes, to show our work publicly. If you would prefer that photographs of your vehicle are not used publicly, tell us and we will not use them. See our Terms of Service for more.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business or the tools we use change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
