Agreement

These terms apply to your use of this website and to work carried out by Grimeaway Auto LLC, trading as Grimeaway Autoworks. By using this site or booking work with us, you agree to them.

What we do

We provide auto reconditioning services, including detailing and restoration, paint correction, Revivify coatings, dent, wheel and body repair, glass and windshield services, and interior repair and upholstery. The pages on this site describe these services in general terms; the exact work, materials and price for your vehicle are set out in the quote we give you.

Quotes and estimates

Anything you submit through the contact form is an enquiry, not a booking. Prices discussed before we have inspected your vehicle are estimates. Paint, trim and interior condition vary widely, and the work actually required can only be confirmed once we have the vehicle in front of us.

If an inspection shows that more work is needed than the estimate covered, we will contact you and agree the change with you before continuing.

Appointments and your vehicle

For most detail packages we ask that you drop your vehicle off at 9am and collect it around 5pm; these packages typically take six to seven hours. If we finish sooner, we will call or message you.

Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment. We take care of every vehicle in our charge, but we are not responsible for personal property left inside it.

If you need to reschedule, let us know as early as you reasonably can so we can offer the slot to someone else.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Financing may be available through a third-party provider for qualifying work; any financing agreement is between you and that provider, on their terms, and we are not a party to it.

Coatings, warranties and aftercare

Some coating products we install carry a manufacturer warranty, which may be optional and may require registration. Those warranties are provided by the manufacturer, on the manufacturer's terms, and are subject to the aftercare requirements they set.

Coatings and paint correction improve and protect a finish; they do not make it immune to damage. Results depend on the condition of the vehicle when it reaches us, and on how it is maintained afterwards. We will tell you honestly what we expect to achieve on your vehicle before we start.

Photographs and media

We photograph and occasionally film vehicles we work on, for quality control and to show our work on this site and on social media. We will not publish anything that identifies you personally — such as a legible license plate — and if you would rather we did not use images of your vehicle at all, just tell us.

Website content

The text, images, logos and design on this site belong to us or to our partners and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product names and logos belonging to other companies are the property of their respective owners.

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or free of error, and it may change without notice.

Links to other sites

This site links to third-party sites, including our parts supplier and a financing provider. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to work we carry out is limited to the amount you paid us for that work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of use or loss of value. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of that state.
